Exclusive shoes for men and women, all handmade, each with its own character: from the great classics to delicate models up to the brightest colors: red, pink, purple and orange. For over twenty years Giovanna Zanella has been making shoes that transmit fun, passion and energy. Entering her shop, just a few steps from the Rialto bridge, is like diving into a world of fantasy and doing a bit of chromotherapy. Boots, sandals, slippers, moccasins, pumps: each shoe has its own identity and the decorations are an integral part of them, including the most bizarre with splashes of nylon, cobra heads, pistils, bangs and other magical exoticism. Elegant and sensual lines, sober but also bold, combining originality and comfort. Giovanna Zanella stores everything she sees and listens to, and what she does not create is placed in a special "box of ideas" to draw on whenever she is alone in the workshop and her hands are guided by creativity. Since she was a child, she could never find the shoes she liked and dreamed of making them herself. Thanks to the modeling school, she started out in fashion dealing with out-of-trend clothing and accessories and thanks to her dexterity and the meeting with the master Rolando Segalin, a well-known craftsman in Venice, she learned the art of shoemaking. The foot is a special part of the body and artistic footwear is an adventurous world for this artisan who explores its peculiarities and materials: from hide to leather, from fabrics to plastics, on the border between tradition and modernity.
