Elena Castellan and Nicola Gattulli met in 2015 and in 2017, they founded Bottle Eden, an entrepreneurial project that combines their passion for recycling with the idea of approaching a more sustainable life, paying attention even to small daily gestures. Planet friendly, circular economy and eco-sustainability are in fact the three key and founding words of Bottle Eden. The Company collects - through word of mouth at the Italian level - glass bottles which, subjected to meticulous craftsmanship, are valued as objects of common use that can be used every day. In fact, from very common bottles, Bottle Eden obtains lamps, glasses, vases, favours, candles and dispensers. The practice of recycling takes place in a completely sustainable direction, from the moment the glass is not thrown away or dispersed, but re-evaluated. In fact, those bottles are reused which would otherwise end up in the trash. Furthermore, even the packaging used for product shipments is made with completely biodegradable materials. The company took off during the 2020 pandemic and already in 2021 they managed to recycle and give new life to thousands of bottles.
