The baker in Via Fiume offers a wide selection of handcrafted products to set the table and in addition to the production of bread, it offers a varied choice of number-shaped shortbread confectionery products to celebrate children's birthdays, rather than the soft Pan Brioche with nutella and candies to decorate but also the focaccia with five cereals or the Puccia salentina or the Sbrisolona with walnuts and fig jam. In the shop there is also a space dedicated to vegan products including biscuits in the Hazelnut, Pistachio, Cocoa and Almond variants
