Since he was young, Alessio Benetti has been working in the field of Venetian craftsmanship at his family's atelier of historical costumes, dedicating himself in particular to the creation of historical-artistic jewellery. He was soon discovered by some fashion houses and began collaborating in the organization of important events and shows at an international level. He took over his mother's small artisan company, combining historical or themed costumes with the creation of various trendy accessories. Eclectic and passionate, Alessio designs, assembles, and forges an infinite array of small and big artistic jewels using a lot the metal net. Masks, collars, muzzles, headbands, and nipple covers are some of the items he sells or rents for a variety of occasions such as masquerade events and parties, photo shoots, weddings, and the world of nightlife. He handcrafts both the costumes and the original accessories of the 18th century Venetian style costumes, corsets, headpieces and jewellery with metal hardware and Swarovski crystals.
